What is Servsafe training?

Servsafe is an American registered trademark for a system of food safety training. It is not applicable to the Food Standards Australian New Zealand (FSANZ) requirements for food handler / food safety supervisor training as it relates to  the US Food and Drug Administration requirements.

Servsafe training does however cover many of the same elements of training content that are covered in accreditated food handler's courses in Australia.
