Timeliness and Validity
Courses do not need to be completed in the one sitting and partially completed courses may be saved for completion at a later date provided that the course is completed within 90 days from receipt of payment. Courses not started or completed within 90 days from the date of payment will not be saved and no refund will be available to the customer.
Australian Online College warrants that it has made reasonable endeavors to ensure the training provided is suitable to meet the requirements for which it is intended.
It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements. We make no warranty as to results to be attained by completing our courses or using our education materials.
Except as expressly represented otherwise, and to the extent not prohibited by law, all training, including any documentation, storing of partially completed courses, publications, software programs or code, and other information provided by or on behalf of Australian Online College to the customer is furnished on an "AS-IS" basis, without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise especially as to quality, reliability, timeliness, usefulness, sufficiency and accuracy. All implied warranties, including without limitation all implied warranties of condition, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed by Australian Online College. No oral or written information provided by Australian Online College shall create a warranty unless incorporated into these terms.
Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which Australian Online College Pty Ltd shall not be liable.
To the extent not prohibited by law, Australian Online College will not be liable for any consequential, incidental, special or other indirect damages, such as lost profits, arising from these terms even if Australian Online College has knowledge of the likelihood of such damages. In the event that the training provided by Australian Online College is for any reason what-so-ever deemed to fail to satisfy the purposes for which it was both intended and undertaken Australian Online College's entire liability and the customer's exclusive remedy for breach of these terms shall be for Australian Online College to use its reasonable efforts to repeat the training within a reasonable period of time; provided, that in the event Australian Online College is unable to so repeat, Australian Online College may elect to refund all payments actually received by Australian Online College from the customer for the training in question, in full satisfaction of Australian Online College's obligations. Such refund shall constitute Australian Online College's entire liability and the customer's exclusive remedy for such breach. In no event shall the aggregate liability for damages of Australian Online College, its employees or agents, arising from these terms whether by contract or tort exceed the amounts the customer actually paid Australian Online College. To the extent not prohibited by law, the limitations in this section shall also apply to personal injury and death.
Cancellation by Australian Online College
Training can be cancelled without prior warning due to any unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond Australian Online College’s reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, war, riot, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, acts of terrorism or sabotage, electronic viruses, worms or corrupting microcode, delay in delivery by third party vendors, fire, flood, earthquake, accident, strikes and changed regulatory requirements. If a course is cancelled for such reasons Australian Online College will provide a full refund of course fees.

We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Physical Product Returns & Refunds Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product purchase Australian Online College will give you a 7 day money-back guarantee, from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at
within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Refunds and returns are not available on products:
- which have been worn or used; damaged after delivery;
- if any attempt has been made to alter the product;
- if they have been dropped or broken;
- if the product is a distance education course and the course material has been removed from its security packaging.
All physical products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and that you pre-pay all postage.
You will assume all risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore we advise that you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Australian Online College Pty Ltd will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to take out insurance.
